




WHO ARE WE?
Express Mission is principally involved in the provision of generator rental services for emergency, planned maintenance and standby needs to meet the various service requirements of our customers.
Our provision of generator rental services includes installation and disassembly, along with technical support and on-site operation personnel such as engine drivers, chargemen, technicians and general workers, as well as maintenance services.
In addition, as part of our generator rental services, we also supply ancillary items such as distribution boards, generator synchronisation panels, transformers, switchgears, load banks and cables to fulfil the diverse needs of our customers.
We commenced operations in 2005 at a premise located at Bukit Kuda, Klang, Selangor. Over the years, our business expanded and our fleet of mobile generators grew in excess of 100 units, ready to be mobilised at any moment.
We are an approved vendor to TNB. In addition, we are registered as an electrical contractor under Class A with Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia. This allows us to offer a comprehensive range of services from generator rental to electrical works, including the provision, installation of mobile generators and other ancillary items such as distribution boards, generator synchronisation panels, transformers, switchgears, load banks and cables to fulfil the diverse needs of our customers.
We are also registered with:
- Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia (“CIDB”), holding a G7 licence; and
- Sustainable Energy Development Authority (“SEDA”), holding both PV service provider and PV investor (under NEM Programme) licences.

Lim Cheng Ten
Designation: Managing Director
Qualification: Master in Business Administration
Cheng Ten is a qualified accountant. He studied and graduated from California State University at Fresno, United States of America in 1986.
Rosli Bin Jonid
Designation: Executive Director
Qualification: Bachelor in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Rosli obtained his degree from University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom in 1996. He started his career with a Japanese multi-national company involved in electronics. He later was involved in the implementation of Touch ‘n Go systems at North-South Expressway.
