4. Equipment Rental & Service Conditions

For all equipment rental engagements (such as genset rentals, load bank testing, or power distribution units):

• Operational Rules: Equipment must be operated strictly in accordance with safety guidelines, manufacturer manuals, and Malaysian statutory regulations (including Energy Commission / Suruhanjaya Tenaga and CIDB rules).
• Maintenance & Misuse: Hirers or clients are responsible for keeping rented equipment in safe working condition and notifying us immediately in the event of equipment malfunction or emergency. Damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or negligence will be billed to the client.
• Site Access: Clients must ensure safe, clear, and legal access to project sites for equipment delivery, installation, maintenance, and retrieval.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law:

• Website Availability: Express Mission Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from website downtime, technical interruptions, or temporary unavailability.
